My bf has GP and I feel so bad when he’s throwing up for those who, have gp is there different levels of it? Because my bf can go a month without throwing up and feeling sick.

I have it as well. I never experience bloating or if I do it’s not very noticeable. I was having loss of appetite and throwing up/nausea every day for the past 4 months. The only time I experience abdominal pain is just after I eat and am about to throw up, although before class I usually force feed myself and swallow for a solid 10 minutes to keep it down. Later in the day is better and I can usually get more calories in but it never feels like enough. If you are experiencing these symptoms it

This is a great video, I have gastroparesis and you have pretty much summed up my day. I may show this to friends so they have a better understanding…I sometimes try to force feed myself because I know I need to eat, sometimes it stays down, other times I regret it. Everyday is a struggle, but what else can we do? I hope you’re doing well and thanks for sharing :)

Is it possible to have GP without losing weight or vomiting or even feeling any pain? My lower stomach feels STUCK, and GP seems to describe my condition, i always have bloating, never feel hungry no matter what, and drinking little water makes me bloated in seconds, but i gain weight when i eat lots of sugar and fast food, so i am kinda confused, do i have Gastroparesis ?

I truly feel for you. I also have Gp and it’s tough. It just seems no matter what I try the pain controlls my life. Don’t give up. You can’t, you just can’t.

My daughter has been diagnosed with this 3 months ago. As long as she takes Reglan 10mg she’s fine until she stops then she’ back in the hospital. She tried stopping meds twice.

I have GP. The pain keeps me from eating. I eat cause I don’t want to passout from lack of food. I have a little the last two days even though I hurt. Have hardly no appetite anymore. My husband doesn’t even like eating infront of me anymore and that makes me sad. So depressed today. I ate and now I will be sick as a dogo for along time.

I’d like you all to see what our 2 year old baby Brianna lives with everyday. Since she can’t tell us how she feels I looked up what adults with gatroparesis are going through and found these videos. This is just one of the conditions Brianna lives with. If only she could tell us how she feels.

I hope things continually get better for you. You are in my prayers and thoughts.

I’m 21 and live in Australia. I was diagnosed nearly 2 years ago. The treatment here is very limited in AUS then in the US as its not very common here…

I lost 10kg in the first week of becoming sick. I know all about the symptoms, the pain the anxiety…the constant nausea…

We need a cure…i just hope they find one….soon!!

This is an awesome video! You did very well in portraying your story! I also have GP :( . I wish I knew how to tell my story like this.

Made me cry. I can relate to it — especially checking for new treatment developments. I wish the doctors had to experience this for a week or two so they could relate to the suffering.
