Iron Deficiency Anemia is a term used to describe  a dietary deficiency which can be overcome by securing enough iron. In this article I am going to put together a list of ten foods which are high in iron and can be used as a Natural Cure For Iron Deficiency Anemia.

Apricot: This fruit is a very good source of iron. Apricots should be a regular item on your shopping list because they can do a lot to build and replenish your blood supply.
